The London Concertante Online Store Experience

I love the diversity of culture and learning about how others view and experience the world around them. Art is a representation of culture and carries with it traditions, trends, and collective wisdom. I often find myself looking to surround myself in art in an attempt to absorb the culture it represents. The community of Wazala merchants has given me the opportunity to work with art from all backgrounds around the world. I recently came across London Concertante’s online store and their creativity stuck in my mind.

London Concertante is a collection of classically trained musicians coming together to create one of the most successful chamber ensembles in the United Kingdom. Founded in 1991 the ensemble toured throughout Europe and quickly gained popularity earning them the opportunity to perform as a professional opera orchestra doing shows for the Holland Park Opera, Palace Opera, Music Theatre Kernow and Pegasus Opera. London Concertante holds monthly performances at London’s landmark venue; St. Martin-in-the-Fields, to critical acclaim and praise.

The creativity of the ensemble revealed itself to me while I was browsing their online store. London Concertante has recordings of their performances on sale, which I expected, but then I noticed they fully integrated their concert ticket buying experience as well. This is a huge deal.  By adding the ticket buying aspect to their store, London Concertante removes the “middle man” in the ticket sales industry, which often times tacks on service fees and processing fees. The ensemble saves their fans money and allows for a more personal and direct shopping experience. You can pick up a copy of London Concertante’s music and buy a ticket to see them live all in one place directly off of their website.

Simple, creative, and functional London Concertante is my favorite type of Wazala merchant because they truly align with our mission. Visit their website at www.londonconcertante.com to learn more about the group.
